The usual criminals, according to Tehran and La Habana


The Iranian regime says they didn’t arrest the film-maker Jafar Panahi for political reasons, but for him being a criminal. The Cuban regime says dissident Orlando Zapata, who died after a 85-day hunger-strike in protest for the mistreatment he received in jail, was a common criminal. These two revolutions-cum-dictatorships read the same manual.
