Prayer in Jerusalem


I sleep surrounded by ancient rocks and 20th century furniture in Jerusalem’s Old City, between the Muslim and the Jewish Quarters. Several times a day, I listens to the calls to prayer from five different religions: from the singing Muslim muezzins as well as from Greek Orthodox, Armenian, Roman and Greek Catholic churches’ bells. Jews are a bit more quiet.
